Verified learner feedback

Three minutes.
Real influence.

Tell us how an accredited course actually was. Your feedback is tied to your certificate — so only genuine learners are counted — and goes two places: to the provider, so problems get fixed fast, and into our annual quality review of the course, where unaddressed problems have consequences.

First, your course

The accreditation number is on your certificate and on the course’s badge. It proves you took an accredited course — we never publish or share who said what.

Course accreditation number

Certificate number / serial (if your certificate shows one — helps us match your completion)

When did you complete the course?

Your name (as it appears on your certificate)

Email (optional — only used if we need to confirm your completion)

What happens to this: your ratings are shared with the provider in aggregate, and written comments are shared anonymised. Your name and email are never given to the provider — they exist only so we can confirm the feedback came from a real completion. Feedback feeds the course’s annual quality review.

The learning

The four things that matter most: was it relevant, clear, engaging — and can you actually use it?

How relevant was the course to your role?

How clear was the material?

How engaging did you find it?

How confident do you feel applying what you learned at work?

The course itself

These answers keep providers honest about level, length and claims — they carry real weight at review.

How would you rate the overall quality of the course?

Was it pitched at the right level for its stated audience?

Compared with the stated CPD hours, how long did it actually take you?

Accredited CPD hours are meant to reflect real learning time — your answer helps us check that.

Did the course deliver what its title and description promised?

Your experience

Was the course easy to navigate and use?

Were there any technical problems (e.g. video playback, login, broken links)?

If you have any accessibility needs, were they met?

If you needed help or asked a question during the course, what happened?

In your words

All optional — but written comments are what providers act on fastest. Shared anonymised.

What did you like most about the course?

What should the provider improve?

Anything else?

Think something in the course is factually wrong, or want a formal response? That’s a complaint, which follows its own published procedure — this form is feedback, and the provider won’t know who wrote it.

Thank you — it counts.

Your feedback was recorded against . Here’s exactly what happens to it:

  • The provider sees your ratings in aggregate and your comments anonymised — most act quickly on what learners tell them.
  • It joins the course’s year-round feedback picture: strengths, weaknesses and trends.
  • At the course’s annual surveillance review, our assessor checks whether negative feedback and trends were addressed. If they weren’t, we set named actions with deadlines — unresolved, they lead to suspension.

A scheme that never listens to learners is a logo shop. Thanks for keeping this one honest.
