Our assessors work out for themselves how long the learning genuinely takes, and a claim that runs well ahead of that will not stand. Base your hours on real learning time, not runtime, before you submit.
If an essential is missed, you get one deferral with a precise fix list and eight weeks. There is no second deferral and no negotiation — which is exactly why a pass is worth something.
We map your activity against the framework and check your accuracy-assurance process — we do not verify that your subject content is correct or lawful, and we are not experts in your field. The accreditation agreement includes your warranty that the content is accurate and lawful. The badge means “meets the CPD framework”, never “facts verified by the scheme”.
